Boyd Rice and Frank Tovey released 12 untitled tracks called "Easy listening for the hard of hearing", released on Mute in 1984. Not much info on this release in the liner notes besides "All sounds either collected, or generated in the studio by non-musical appliances". That sums it up very nicely.
